Refund Policy
§17-Day Money-Back
Not satisfied within 7 days of first charge? Email hello@readyesl.com for a full refund. No questions asked. Why 7 days (not 30)? It prevents abuse — without this guardrail, some users would generate hundreds of lessons in week 4 and then request a refund. 7 days is enough to evaluate the platform fairly.
§2After 7 Days — Monthly Plans
Cancel anytime via /account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund issued for partial months.
§3After 7 Days — Annual Plans
Prorated refund minus a 15% processing fee. Example: if you cancel an $83 annual plan ($6.99/mo × 12) after 4 months, you receive a refund of approximately $44 ($83 − 4 months used − 15% fee).
§4Virtual Classroom Add-on
The $9.99/mo Virtual Classroom add-on follows the same 7-day money-back rule as the base plan. After 7 days, the add-on is non-refundable but cancellable at any time.
§5Excessive Use Clause
If you generated more than 50 AI lessons / 100 tool runs / 30 minutes of Virtual Classroom time in your first 7 days, we may decline a refund as the value has already been delivered. Asked in good faith with reasonable usage, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
§6Schools Tier
Annual contracts only. Pro-rata refund applies if cancelled within 30 days of contract start; afterwards, the contract continues until the end of the committed term.
